Employees Invited to Museum Planning Sessions

As a part of the planning process for the proposed Museum of Utah, the department has contracted with PRD consultants to develop an interpretive plan. We would like to invite all of our employees to participate in that planning during two sessions in December.

The PRD Group will share three options for exhibit themes that will anchor the museum’s visitor experience. Following their presentation, we would appreciate questions and feedback about these themes, as well as the project as a whole, from everyone attending.

Two sessions will be offered, and video conferencing will be available for those who can’t attend in person. If you want to participate, please accept the calendar appointment and let us know if you want to join through video.

These sessions, which are the same content, are optional, but we want to make sure every employee has a chance to provide their feedback.

The sessions will be Monday, Dec. 9, from 1-2 p.m.  or Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Both sessions will occur in the Zephyr Room on the second floor of the Rio Grande Depot, or via video conferencing.
