New Social Media Content Approval Process Document

Updated February 2023. This is the new guideline for content calendaring, social media content production and the approval process.

These guidelines are in place to achieve a couple things:

  1. to protect you from possible heightened scrutiny from the public and possible repercussions,
  2. helps you to strategize your content overall. These guidelines are for social media content and may evolve as the Governor's office completes their standards. Approval process for larger content outside social media is still in the works, in the meantime if you are producing anything beyond social media please have Ellen or me approve it before its use.
